Junior Tax Consultant – Bologna Posted on 12 Nov 2025 Responsibilities Analyse issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offer ongoing advice to companies; Express opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analyse the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); Perform tax due diligence; Ensure tax compliance. Qualifications Master's degree in business or law; Intention of pursuing a professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer; Excellent knowledge of English; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Strong organisational skills, initiative and problem‑solving abilities; Flexible and dynamic approach; A postgraduate specialisation in Tax Law is a definite plus.
