Based in our Monza office on a hybrid working model and reporting to the Senior HR Director, you’ll lead a team of two and provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of HR operations, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with Italian employment law, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and operational execution. You’ll contribute to regional HR initiatives, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and support leadership development and cultural transformation.
