Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Udine per un'azienda cliente operante nel settore elettronico, in fase di forte crescita e attiva a livello internazionale, ricerca un/una Production & Demand Planner . La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Supply Chain Manager a livello globale e avrà la responsabilità di pianificare domanda e produzione, assicurando la corretta integrazione tra richieste di mercato, capacità produttiva e disponibilità dei materiali. Responsabilità Predisporre e aggiornare i piani di domanda e produzione sulla base di previsioni e ordini clienti. Collaborare con Produzione, Acquisti e Magazzino per garantire materiali disponibili e rispetto delle consegne. Monitorare l'avanzamento delle attività produttive, gestendo eventuali scostamenti o priorità. Analizzare KPI operativi a supporto di attività di miglioramento continuo. Assicurare la correttezza dei dati e dei parametri di pianificazione nel sistema ERP aziendale. Contribuire a progetti di ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi e logistici. Requisiti Esperienza di 4-5 anni in ruoli di pianificazione della produzione o demand planning in contesti manifatturieri. Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi ERP, APS e competenze di analisi dati. Conoscenza dei processi produttivi e dei flussi di magazzino. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. diploma di laurea ingegneria gestionale Sede di lavoro: PordenoneInquadramento e benefit: CCNL Metalmeccanico, smart working, piani di welfare, premi e incentivi.
