Per realtà operante nel settore elettronico dinamica ed in crescita, Envolve Consulting, società indipendente attiva nel management search, seleziona un / a Production & Demand Planner. La figura, rispondendo direttamente al Global Supply Chain Manager, sarà responsabile della pianificazione della domanda e della produzione, garantendo il miglior equilibrio tra esigenze di mercato, capacità produttiva e disponibilità dei materiali. Responsabilità principali Elaborare e aggiornare i piani di domanda e di produzione in base alle previsioni e agli ordini clienti. Coordinarsi con Produzione, Acquisti e Magazzino per assicurare la disponibilità dei materiali e il rispetto delle date di consegna. Monitorare l’avanzamento della produzione e gestire eventuali deviazioni o priorità. Analizzare i principali KPI operativi (OTD, livello scorte, lead time) per supportare il miglioramento continuo. Garantire l’accuratezza dei dati e dei parametri di pianificazione nel sistema ERP. Partecipare a progetti di ottimizzazione dei flussi produttivi e logistici. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini. Esperienza di 2 / 4 anni in ruoli di pianificazione della produzione e / o demand planning in contesti manifatturieri. Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi ERP, preferibilmente Sage X3. Conoscenza dei processi produttivi e dei flussi di magazzino. Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving. Ottime doti organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio. Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2) per lavorare in un contesto internazionale. Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità comunicative. Costituiscono un plus Esperienza in contesti industriali internazionali o multicountry. Conoscenza di metodologie Lean Manufacturing o sistemi APS. Familiarità con strumenti di analisi dati (es. Power BI, Excel avanzato). Luogo di lavoro : Pordenone (smart working 40%). #J-18808-Ljbffr
