The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What You Will DoThe Service Quality SDA & TV Coordinator is responsible to collect and follow up all the main claims coming from markets for SDA products. The role also supports the Global Contact Center to achieve excellence in Call Avoidance activity.Activities and areas of responsibilityCollaborate with R&D and PL Quality to improve products quality and service abilityAttend NPI project meetingsFollow Failure to Solution process (Early Warnings and unresolved issues)Maintain contact with countries for technical issuesProvide technical support to GCCTrain GCC for Call Avoidance and NPIKnowledge Base for GCCFind opportunities to improve Call AvoidanceAnalyse technical PEX to find actions to reduce itOrganise technical training material for the SQ teamWhat You Need To SucceedMust haveEducation: Technical Diploma, Bachelor/Master Degree is a plusProfessional Experience: at least 3 years in TVLanguages: Italian & EnglishCompetences & SkillsTV Technical BackgroundGood people skills and ability to manage follow‑upsVery good in English and Italian (Chinese a plus)Excellent organisational and time‑management abilitiesWorking knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
