Assistant Collection Merchandiser at BoF Careers The Assistant Collection Merchandiser supports the Merchandising team across all stages of the collection development process, ensuring accurate product data, smooth cross‑functional communication, and timely execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for luxury fashion. This position reports to the Global SVP of Merchandising, MD of Europe and works closely with Design, Product Development, Production and Planning (DTC/Wholesale).Key Responsibilities Collection Development SupportMaintain accurate collection overviews, style lists, and assortment maps.Update and maintain PLM (Centric) and Netsuite with all product details, pricing, cost data, and margin information.Support in preparing internal documents: WIPs, range plans, visual summaries, pricing files, margin bridges, and seasonal merchandising decks.Monitor calendar deadlines, ensuring all teams are aligned across key milestones (kick‑off, proto review, SMS, showroom).Assist in SKU rationalization and assortment optimization based on performance and strategic guidelines.Support market and competitive analysis: pricing benchmarks, product trends, category opportunities.Analyze historical product performance and contribute to future line‑building strategies.Help prepare post‑season performance reviews and weekly/monthly business recaps.Assist in showroom preparation (Milan, Paris): B2B shooting, sample coordination, styling notes, assortment presentation, and merchandising setup.Requirements 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, product development, buying, planning, or similar roles (experience in luxury fashion preferred).Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with PLM (Centric) and Netsuite is a strong plus.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers (costs, margins, pricing).Able to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, international environment.Fluent in English and Italian.Proactive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative.Passionate about fashion, product, and craftsmanship.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.Seniority Level Entry levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Accounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustries Advertising Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
