We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.

The RTW Collection Merchandiser play a pivotal role in developing and executing the merchandising strategies in line with the brand’s overall vision and objectives. Collaborating closely with designers and product departments, the RTW Collection Merchandiser is able to deliver collections in line with market needs, business targets & brand DNA. By analysing market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data the RTW Collection Merchandiser is able to identify opportunities, make informed merchandising decisions, and maximize sales.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to stay abreast of industry trends and identify areas for differentiation and innovation
- Present the merchandising plan, based on sales performance, market inputs and trends
- Overview sketch presentation, keeping balance in terms of size/price/drop, ensuring the respect of the briefing, leading the fabrics prebuy for early delivery
- Present prototypes to the channels, collecting feedbacks and making final product adjustment, analyzing price-to-cost target
- Assign pricing, guaranteeing commercial viability and financial margins, checking key currencies and monitoring competitors and internal spread and mark up
- Support the selling campaign, deciding carry over and product lifecycle, uploading linesheets and product materials
- Overview styling & shooting, driving key looks with high potential investment items
- Collection presentation to commercial departments, highlighting product insight & commercial drivers
- Monitor selling campaign, in quantitative and qualitative ways
- Final EOS report, collecting feedbacks for next collection briefing
- Analyze sellout data and regional input for next collection briefing, future strategies and C-level presentations

**KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS**
- Studies in business management, majoring in fashion is considered as a plus
- 4+ years of experience in similar role
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical capabilities and numeric attitude
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly committed and strong passion for Merchandising
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentFlexibility, proactivity with an open mind attitute
