Which is why we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser RTW that will support the Retail Merchandising Manager RTW in managing a tailored assortment by market in order to guarantee the correct balance between the full representation of the brand image and the optimization of sales results.

The person will support the Merchandising Manager RTW ensuring a global consistency in buying yet managing a tailored assortment by market in order to guarantee the correct balance between the full representation of the brand image and the optimization of sales results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Do Trends and Competitors analysis;
- Define region's Retail Selection guideline and assortment;
- Provide markets with Master Selection and Master Orders (mandatory selection & quantity indication) for RTW regular collection and Capsule distribution in order to guarantee the alignment with corporate targets and goals (short and long term);
- Support Markets to ensure consistency with buying guidelines during the buying campaign and before final submission;
- Support Training department with seasonal Launch Plan & specific Launch Deck;
- Ensure business monitoring by channel/markets to optimize sales results and product flow;
- Create a structured contact with markets to monitor the local situation and drive them in managing the business result.
Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for:
- Degree in Economics or similar
- At least 3 years in Retail Merchandising or Planning within a Fashion & Luxury company, preferably with a focus on menswear
- Solid analytic skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point (Power BI is considered as a plus)
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong personal interest for the luxury business
