Which is why we're looking for a Jr. Collection Merchandiser that will support the Merchandising Manager RTW in managing a tailored assortment by market in order to guarantee the correct balance between the full representation of the brand image and the optimization of sales results.

In this role, you will:

  • Trends and Competitors analysis
  • Work in cooperation with product development team and style office in the development of the collection
  • Defining seasonal collection and Retail Selection guideline
  • Support Training department with seasonal Launch Plan & specific Launch Deck
  • Business monitoring by channel/markets to optimize new collection development

  • Strong passion for product

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Analytic skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong personal interest for the luxury business
  • Preferred past experience 4/5 years in collection merchandising
  • Degree in Economics
  • Fluent Italian, Fluent English
