We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Team within the Experience Group. This role is crucial for ensuring the Golden Goose brand identity, aesthetic, and visual standards are flawlessly executed and maintained across all our stores in the MEINA region.

The Visual Merchandiser MEINA will be responsible for translating global VM guidelines into locally relevant, high-impact in-store displays and experiences that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional VM Strategy & Execution: Act as the Visual Merchandiser for the MEINA region, adapting global guidelines to meet local market needs, cultural nuances, and commercial priorities.
  • Store Visits & Implementation: Regularly travel throughout the MEINA region to set up, oversee, and refresh visual displays, window concepts, and product presentations in new store openings and existing DOS.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the commercial impact of visual merchandising strategies, providing feedback and proposing adjustments based on sales data and regional performance.
  • Communication & Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact between the Global VM Team in HQ and the local retail teams. Produce comprehensive reports, photo documentation, and feedback on local market needs and competitor activities.
  • Training & Coaching: Develop and lead VM training sessions for local store teams, ensuring a consistent understanding and execution of product placement, mannequin styling, and display techniques.
  • Special Projects: Support the execution of special visual projects, pop-ups, press events, and seasonal campaign launches within the region, ensuring alignment with the brand's high standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Visual Merchandising, with a significant part of that experience gained within the Luxury Retail or premium fashion sector.
  • Proven experience working specifically with the MEINA markets is essential, demonstrating knowledge of local retail landscapes and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, and the ability to interpret creative concepts into effective commercial displays.
  • Highly proficient in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and photo editing/layout tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, proactive problem-solver, highly organized, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the MEINA region (depending on regional needs).
