Posizione: Visual Merchandiser Itinerante - Retail Lusso Multibrand

Per importante realtà del settore luxury fashion multibrand, si ricerca una figura di Visual Merchandiser Itinerante da inserire nel team. L'obiettivo è garantire l'eccellenza visiva delle boutique della rete del Nord Italia, curando l'esposizione dei prodotti e mantenendo un'immagine impeccabile dei brand. Location: Boutique in Nord Italia ( base preferibile a

Principali responsabilità:


• Gestire l'attività di visual merchandising all'interno delle boutique della rete Nord Italia, occupandosi di windows, installazioni e allestimenti, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare il brand mix e garantire un'esperienza cliente di alta qualità.


• Collaborare attivamente con il team Buying e VM per l'invio dei report mensili, utilizzando strumenti informatici e analisi VM per monitorare e migliorare le performance visive.


• Curare costantemente le vetrine e gli spazi espositivi, assicurandosi che ogni dettaglio sia in linea con gli standard del marchio e contribuisca all'immagine di lusso.


• Gestire la manutenzione e l'aggiornamento degli allestimenti, assicurando che ogni boutique rispecchi l'eleganza e l'identità visiva del brand.

Requisiti richiesti:


• Esperienza: pregressa esperienza come Visual Merchandiser, preferibilmente nel settore retail lusso.


• Passione per la moda: profonda conoscenza delle tendenze di moda e delle strategie di visual merchandising nel contesto del lusso.


• Competenze tecniche: ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici per l'analisi delle performance VM e la gestione dei report.


• Manualità e precisione: capacità di realizzare allestimenti visivi con particolare attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità estetica.


• Flessibilità: disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente e a gestire orari flessibili, in base alle esigenze aziendali.
