Società operante nel settore Assicurativo in forte crescita Società operante nel settore Assicurativo in forte crescita Esperienza su progetti di consulenza strategica o di post merger integration Azienda Il nostro cliente è una Società operante nel settore Assicurativo in forte crescita Offerta Attività: Collaborare con il team M&A per la definizione della visione e strategia dell'acquisizione; Coordinare le attività di integrazione di processi a seguito di operazioni straordinarie; Gestire progetti strutturati confrontandosi con le strutture aziendali competenti e in allineamento con le norme, le procedure interne e delle esigenze di business; Relazionarsi con i fornitori di due diligence per una perfetta coerenza con i dati e le informazioni necessarie a prendere decisioni consapevoli; Gestire progetti di sviluppo e miglioramento degli strumenti e metodologie in uso alla struttura. Competenze ed esperienza Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o affini; Esperienza pregressa di 4/5 anni in ruolo analogo; Esperienza su progetti complessi di consulenza strategica o di post merger integration; Conoscenza di contesti di gruppi societari o di organizzazioni complesse e di metodologie di project management; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di strumenti di project management; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Capacità di analisi e di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro, capacità relazionali, orientamento al risultato e riservatezza; Disponibilità a trasferte. Completa l'offerta Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza pregressa Contratto a tempo indeterminato. Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto strutturato.
