MET Development S.p.A (Gruppo MAIRE) è attualmente alla ricerca di un Project and Capital Structuring Specialist .La missione di MET Development (Gruppo MAIRE) è quella di avviare, promuovere e co-sviluppare progetti nelle aree di business chiave del Gruppo Maire, sfruttando le capacità tecniche, industriali, commerciali, finanziarie e legali del Gruppo.Attività e responsabilità :Sviluppare modelli finanziari ed eseguire valutazioni finanziarie, valutazioni del rischio e analisi di sensibilità;Identificare e valutare partner adeguati per lo sviluppo del progetto;Supportare i processi di due diligence al fine contribuire al successo delle iniziative di project development;Partecipare ai processi di negoziazione con i partner;Lavorare alla strutturazione di accordi di finanziamento del progetto, dalla fase di due diligence fino alla chiusura finanziaria (comprese le negoziazioni contrattuali);Sviluppare, da una prospettiva economica / finanziaria, valutazioni di regione, paese, partner e progetto;Supportare gli altri team coinvolti nella transazione (legale, fiscale, tecnico, ecc.);Gestire le transazioni già nel portafoglio, agendo come punto di riferimento per tutte le richieste provenienti dalla società del progetto (ad esempio, richieste di deroga ai finanziatori).Competenze desiderate :Laurea in Economia / Finanza;Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni su temi di Project Finance, costruzione di modelli finanziari, accordi di finanziamento, transazioni di finanziamento di progetti, operazioni di M&A, maturata in società di consulenza e / o società finali;Padronanza di Excel;Inglese fluente;Attitudine al lavoro in team e alle relazioni interpersonali.#J-18808-Ljbffr
