YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As Continuous Improvement Engineer, part of the Continuous Improvement Department, your mission is to define and map production processes in order to improve and optimise production standards and line efficiency. This experience will enable you to work closely with Production Supervisor and Team Leaders, define and implement technical solutions for production. You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes of luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environments and on engaging projects. Job Responsibilities • Define and map production processes. • Improve and optimise production standards and line efficiency. • Work closely with Production Supervisor and Team Leaders. • Implement technical solutions for production. • Gain international experience and knowledge of business processes in luxury goods. Profile Education: Master’s degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience in Production field. Experience: 1‑3 years’ experience in an Industrial and Manufacturing company; experience in luxury/fashion business a plus. Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑dimensional environment; detail oriented; highly organized; lean manufacturing; target‑oriented; problem solver; excellent analytical skills. Advanced user of MS Office; knowledge of Excel mandatory; knowledge of CAD a plus. Additional Information Workplace : Celine Production, Via Giorgio Amendola 7, Radda in Chianti (SI).
