Overview About us and about the role: Ecolab is looking for a Customer Service Agent with Italian and English. This role is very important as you'll be providing customer service support to Ecolab external and internal customers to ensure our clients are well supported with excellent decision making, business communication, fast response time, and accurate information. Ecolab Customer Service Associates are the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will require analytical skills to process various non-standard inbound requests and general inquiries submitted via fax, e-mail, phone or web. Responsibilities Address on average 30 - 60 inbound inquiries each day from internal & external customers while following department guidelines Handle inbound and outgoing phone calls Manage orders via e-mail and phone Track and trace order-related inquiries Accept and process transactions in SAP / CRM Process customer confirmations and investigate shipment status Interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle Achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Language knowledge: Fluent in Italian (C2) and advanced level of English (minimum B2) Good MS Office skills Strong customer orientation Effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Embrace repetition of core job duties in a fast-paced environment Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is considered an advantage Experience using Customer Service software or / and SAP is considered an advantage No immigration sponsorship offered for this role What’s in it For You Make a difference: Join us and be part of a stable, growing global Fortune 500 company where future matters Work life balance: Enjoy a hybrid working mode We see you: Be recognized for meeting goals, and secure opportunities for advancement Learning and trainings: Sharpen your professional business acumen Benefits: cafeteria, medical, dental, vision, subscription, stock purchase plan, language learning options and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
