Au sein de l’équipe Procurement, vous serez chargé(e) de diriger les activités Achats dans votre périmètre de responsabilités, qui inclut les services liés aux opérations de nos navires, ainsi que la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie Achats Groupe sur les catégories suivantes : Travel (travel agency, air travel, hotel program), Manning agencies, Catering, Bunkering, Insurance.

A ce titre, vos missions principales seront:

  • Gérer les catégories et projets en appliquant les stratégies d’Achats définies à l’échelle du Groupe, tout en coordonnant les acheteurs locaux associés ;
  • Prendre en compte les exigences des projets dans la préparation des consultations et piloter la mise en œuvre des contrats négociés ou déjà établis ;
  • Optimiser la performance Achats (qualité, coûts, services) dans votre périmètre de responsabilité ;
  • Identifier et sourcer de nouveaux fournisseurs en fonction des besoins opérationnels ;
  • Mener les consultations, négociations et contractualisations avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés ;
  • Gérer la relation fournisseurs, notamment à travers l’organisation de Business Reviews avec les partenaires stratégiques et la mise en place de contrats-cadres ;
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des fournisseurs, en collaboration avec les Business Partners internes de BOURBON ;
  • Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs d’économie définis par le Groupe ;
  • Assurer une communication et un reporting réguliers sur les réalisations effectuées.

Qualifications/Expériences :

  • Diplôme d’école d’ingénieur ou de commerce (Bac+5) ou équivalent
  • 3 - 5 ans d’expérience dans les Achats internationaux, et sur des catégories similaires
  • Très bonnes capacités relationnelles (avec des interlocuteurs de niveau et culture différents)
  • Compétences en gestion de projet (rigueur, structuration/priorisation, planification)
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Excellente capacité de négociation et de rédaction de contrats
  • Anglais courant indispensable

Savoir être :

  • Très bonne capacité d’adaptation et de travail en équipe
  • Sens de l’initiative

CDD à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un remplacement congé maternité à compter du mois de février 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois.
