Driven by innovation, quality, and operational excellence, we support dental professionals worldwide with premium products and reliable supply chain operations.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of dental products. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming goods and outbound deliveries of dental products to and from the warehousePrepare, pick, pack, and label products for customer orders in line with dispatch requirementsGenerate and process delivery documentation and update relevant systems accordinglyDetermine appropriate shipping methods based on transport procedures, routes, and tariffsRecord shipment and import‑related data including taxes, damages, discrepancies, and space availabilityMonitor stock levels, assess replenishment needs, and place supply orders when requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records at all timesPrepare and regularly share backorder reports with the Sales teamWork with computerized systems for data entry, inventory management, and shipping label printing (SAP)Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality requirementsQualifications & ExperienceVocational education or high‑school diploma; logistics or related technical training is an advantage1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industriesExperience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is strongly preferredBasic to intermediate English proficiencySkills & CompetenciesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPractical, hands‑on, and results‑oriented mindsetStrong manual coordination and good visual memoryAbility to work under pressure and manage unforeseen tasksResistance to repetitive tasks and physically demanding workAbility to stand for most of the working dayReliable, trustworthy, and highly motivatedStrong sense of responsibility and involvement in daily operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
