Position Summary The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of dental products. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming goods and outbound deliveries of dental products to and from the warehouse Prepare, pick, pack, and label products for customer orders in line with dispatch requirements Generate and process delivery documentation and update relevant systems accordingly Determine appropriate shipping methods based on transport procedures, routes, and tariffs Record shipment and import‑related data including taxes, damages, discrepancies, and space availability Monitor stock levels, assess replenishment needs, and place supply orders when required Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records at all times Prepare and regularly share backorder reports with the Sales team Work with computerized systems for data entry, inventory management, and shipping label printing (SAP) Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements Qualifications & Experience Vocational education or high‑school diploma; logistics or related technical training is an advantage 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is strongly preferred Basic to intermediate English proficiency Skills & Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Practical, hands‑on, and results‑oriented mindset Strong manual coordination and good visual memory Ability to work under pressure and manage unforeseen tasks Resistance to repetitive tasks and physically demanding work Ability to stand for most of the working day Reliable, trustworthy, and highly motivated Strong sense of responsibility and involvement in daily operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
