Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant, who wants to construct a career with purpose in a personable and professional environment. The successful candidate will be a integral part of the team, supporting in a number of ways. Key responsibilities include: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for directors. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents. Organise board meetings, and maintain meeting minutes and action plans. Organise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports. Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and executive briefings. Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with discretion. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing reminders and status updates. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or recommendations as needed. Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and assisting with special projects. Experience, Knowledge, and key skills: 5 years+ experience as an executive assistant. Fluent English and Arabic language preferable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Confident communication skills. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands. Experience working in a professional services organisation.
