Interim Program ManagerFor a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of components in the Province of Turin, we are looking for an Interim Program Manager.We evaluate candidates who are self‑employed (VAT‑registered/freelance). The project is full‑time and will have a duration of 12 months.ResponsibilitiesLead development and management of project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations to support the launch of new strategic software implementation tools.Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Chair weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors and present detailed project reports and status updates to all stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Serve as the clients’ primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges and solutions.Coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration and accountability for project deliverables.Assign tasks, monitor progress and resolve issues to keep the project on track.Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned and implement improvements in future projects.Support post‑implementation activities, including training, documentation and client feedback collection.Potential projects include Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, HRIS, ERP, WMS and commercial strategic tools to ensure best practices in configuration and deployment across multiple countries, cultures, time zones and languages.Experience & Skills5+ years of experience leading teams of developers, preferably in a product‑based software delivery environment.Experience with agile software development practices as part of a product‑based team.Experience managing third‑party SaaS applications.Familiarity with supply‑chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory management and S&OP.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse is a plus.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational, leadership and time‑management skills.OfferFor this position, we anticipate a full‑time, 12‑month collaboration on a self‑employed (freelance/contract) basis.
