1. Finance and Administrative Control Managing the operational budget and optimizing expenses. Working with the accountant : preparing and submitting documents, controlling financial reporting. Planning supplier payments, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring payment deadlines are met. Managing contracts : preparation, review, signing, and documentation control. 2. Production and Logistics Processes Supervising the work of the production lead. Coordinating wholesale and e-commerce processes, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments. Developing and implementing SOPs for production, warehouse, and logistics. 3. Collection and Production Cycle Planning Controlling all timelines : samples → corrections → final prototypes → production → shipments. 4. Team Coordination and Task Management Assigning tasks to the team and monitoring execution. Structuring communication processes across production, warehouse, wholesale, and e-commerce. Maintaining KPIs : production deadlines, shipment accuracy, error reduction, and logistics efficiency. Key qualities : Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written). Strong organizational and analytical mindset, attention to detail. Problem-solving approach and ability to handle multiple priorities. Genuine interest in fashion, production, and operations.
