Join to apply for the Demand Planner role at LHH We are searching for an analytical and business‑driven Demand Planner to lead the demand planning process for our client, a global provider of innovative chemical products. This role drives the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring a reliable 24‑month rolling forecast and supporting long‑term planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate brings strong forecasting expertise, experience with statistical methods, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams. Responsabilità Lead the monthly forecasting process and maintain a 24‑month rolling forecast. Analyze trends, monitor changes, and communicate key insights to Supply Planning and Commercial teams. Evaluate forecast accuracy and support the transition toward structured, statistical forecasting processes. Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis. Prepare consensus reports and contribute to the IBP cycle, facilitating regional review meetings. Use Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools and develop interim Excel solutions during system transitions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Europe and global regions to harmonize planning practices. Profilo Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, Business, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management. Strong expertise in statistical forecasting (Winter’s, Holt, Croston). Experience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud is preferred. Strong analytical mindset and solid business acumen. Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
