**Descrizione**: Per un Gruppo attivo nel mondo del Food & Beverage ricerchiamo il
**Demand Planner**.
Il Demand Planner, a riporto del CEO, sarà responsabile del processo di pianificazione della domanda per tutte le aziende del Gruppo.
In particolare avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- predisporre i forecast mensili delle vendite condividerli, discutendone i risultati, con le funzioni locali di marketing e vendite,
- condividere e affinare ulteriormente i forecast mensili con l'area Operations, applicando eventuali scostamenti
- confrontarsi con i responsabili di area e con il Finance per verificare l’effettivo andamento delle vendite rispetto ai forecast
- a metà anno predisporre il forecast annuale delle vendite per l’anno successivo, nei mesi successivi fino a fine anno bilanciare e affinare le previsioni
- analizzare mensilmente il report di analisi delle scorte a magazzino, verificando le date di scadenza dei prodotti e segnalando eventuali prodotti nella fascia di rischio
- analizzare il back order report.

In stretta collaborazione con il CEO si occuperà inoltre del buying del caffè crudo.

Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Capacità di analisi e di pianificazione, capacità di gestire le priorità e rispettare le scadenze, problem solving e flessibilità completano il profilo.
