Field Services Engineer, Professional Services Location: Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities Conduct the experiment validation and customer training for Vazyme automated liquid handling workstation. Installation and maintenance of liquid handling workstation, extractor, and qPCR. Troubleshoot issues related to instruments and the experiment of the automated liquid handling workstation. Perform preliminary on-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to the corresponding company department or personnel. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Support sales efforts through technical presentations, customer management or organizing seminar. Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams. Qualifications Master degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject. Sequencing academic/practical background or work experience, such as library preparation or sequencing operation, is preferred. Undergraduate without standing knowledge and skills is welcomed as well. Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region. For training or occasionals special calls, international traveling including China is required. Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated English written and verbal communication and training/presentations skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
