Join the team as a Field Service Engineer - Italy (Verona) at Sungrow Europe . This role supports our customers in Italy (Verona, Milan, Bologna, and surrounding areas) by delivering on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for solar and storage solutions. Responsibilities Take ownership of dispatched customer issues. Support RFM resources during commissioning and on‑site services. Assist Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services. Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. Perform all on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks, including upgrades or rework activities. Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations. Ensure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements. Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities. Participate in the claim management and RMA process. Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process. Take over call duties, partly on weekends and nights. Qualifications Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer with strong knowledge of ACDC, low/medium voltage and electrical conduits. Italian and English language skills at least B2. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial. Experience dealing with customers in critical situations. Driving license is required. H&S training for construction site access with electrical specific training. Willing to work on call duty and to travel (60%). Benefits Bonus payments based on Smart KPIs.
