Junior Digital Marketing Specialist â Southern Europe

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our activities across Italy, Spain and Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with up to 2 years of experience who wants to grow in a global digital marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing).Support SEO activities, content creation and localization for blogs, social media and newsletters.Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.Collaborate with the global marketing team and local stakeholders.QualificationsNative speaker in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese (European).Minimum C1 level in European Portuguese (written and spoken) if not a native speaker of Portuguese.Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or relevant projects considered).Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles.Strong content creation skills particularly in Portuguese.Knowledge of analytics tools especially Google Analytics.Understanding of Portuguese-speaking markets and cultural nuances.Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in Italy (EU citizenship or valid work permit required).Nice to HaveInitial knowledge of HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Automation).Previous internship or junior experience in a digital marketing role.Location & Work ModelHybrid / remote role based in Italy or Spain.Local employment contract according to the country of residence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
