Amazon Japan's fulfillment network delivers tons of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines.Change and standardize: establish process procedures and management methods.
