Con riporto al Global Retail Training Manager collabora nella gestione della progettazione e dello sviluppo di materiali formativi a supporto delle divisioni Retail e Wholesales.

Si occupa della creazione di contenuti sia digitali che offline per supportare i team Retail fornendo contenuti coerenti con l'esperienza del cliente al fine di promuovere la crescita del business.

RESPONSABILITA'
  1. Creazione di contenuti didattici, fondendo digitale e fisico per soddisfare le diverse esigenze delle risorse all'interno dell'organizzazione, utilizzando diverse tipologie di contenuti, quali testi, video, immagini;
  2. Creazione di contenuti che stimolino il coinvolgimento e promuovano una cultura di apprendimento continuo, concentrati sull'esperienza del cliente, sulle tecniche di vendita e sui KPI delle boutique per il miglioramento delle tecniche di vendita;
  3. Erogazione sia in presenza che a distanza dei contenuti elaborati;
  4. Aggiornamento dei materiali didattici esistenti per allinearli con le più recenti strategie organizzative;
  5. Garantire che tutti i contenuti didattici siano accessibili, inclusivi e progettati con un apprendimento diversificato;
  6. Gestione e animazione della piattaforma di e-learning.
Studi / Esperienza
  1. Studi coerenti con il ruolo ed esperienza pregressa nella gestione della formazione in ambito commerciale/retail.
  2. Esperienza con la suite Microsoft Office, in particolare PowerPoint e Excel;
  3. Mentalità orientata al digitale;
  4. Esperienza nel Retail e nel Retail Learning;
  5. Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana;
  6. Proattività e forte spirito di iniziativa.
