Design and implement local retail and brand training programs tailored to market needs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brand partners to ensure impactful and ongoing training plans.
Act as the key point of contact between business and retail training needs, collaborating with stakeholders across sales, category management, the central training team, and local brand partners.
Adapt and customize training materials to align with the local market context.
Balance central strategic goals with local commercial priorities, ensuring alignment with retail operations.
Monitor and regularly review training projects with stakeholders to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
Analyze training KPIs and create detailed reports to measure impact.
Oversee the implementation of assigned projects in line with the overall business strategy.
Develop smaller training modules and initiatives as required.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a cohesive flow of training communications and initiatives.
Serve as a Digital Ambassador, driving improvements in L&D processes and promoting an omnichannel approach.
Promote employee motivation, engagement, and development by supporting HR initiatives.
Represent the company's training philosophy at a local level, embodying its framework.
Act as a champion of the company's values and culture in all training and development efforts.
Solid background and expertise in retail operations and processes.
A customer-focused mindset, driven by a passion for retail and enhancing internal satisfaction.
Strong planning and prioritization skills to navigate complex projects and training initiatives.
Deep understanding of the retail environment to identify and address key training priorities.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities to build alignment across stakeholders.
Familiarity with modern training methodologies and techniques.
Collaborative team player, skilled in sharing insights and working across departments.
Proficiency in English, with an awareness of organizational dynamics.
Enthusiastic and curious about trends in the beauty retail sector.
