Per un'azienda leader nel settore dell'automazione industriale, siamo alla ricerca di un/aServices Strategy Deployment La persona sarà responsabile di attuare il processo di Customer Care e migliorarne l'efficienza all'interno delle strutture locali delle filiali della regione Americas (Canada, USA, Brasile).L'obiettivo primario consiste nel plasmare i processi aziendali di assistenza ai clienti, così come garantire che i servizi, sia a livello locale che centrale, funzionino in maniera efficiente, coordinata e in linea con le politiche e gli obiettivi del Gruppo.Responsabilità Contribuire alla progettazione, all’applicazione e al controllo dei modelli di Service Governance presso le filiali. Lavorare a stretto contatto con i responsabili delle filiali per garantire che i processi operativi siano allineati agli standard di qualità, efficienza e costi stabiliti dal Gruppo. Supportare i team di mercato nel raggiungimento dell’eccellenza operativa e nel miglioramento della soddisfazione del cliente, promuovendo una cultura basata su qualità, responsabilità e miglioramento continuo nella gestione dei servizi. Garantire supporto diretto sul campo, con visite regolari alle funzioni di customer care delle filiali, per allineamenti costanti sulle performance attese. Supervisionare e sostenere l’attuazione dei piani d’azione nei diversi mercati, intervenendo con azioni correttive quando necessario per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti. Ideare e coordinare programmi di formazione delle filiali, assicurandone la coerenza con le linee guida aziendali. Incentivare e gestire progetti internazionali trasversali focalizzati al miglioramento continuo e sull’efficienza dei servizi. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini. Esperienza consolidata (5+ anni) in ruoli di Service Governance, Customer Care Management o Continuous Improvement, preferibilmente in contesti internazionali o industriali strutturati. Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato). Flessibilità a viaggiare in modo frequente in America e fra le filiali nel continente americano. Familiarità con CRM (Salesforce o equivalenti) per la gestione e il monitoraggio delle attività di Customer Care. Analisi dei dati e Performance Monitoring tramite strumenti di BI (es. Power BI, Tableau) e gestione di KPI/SLA.
