Gestirai le prenotazioni, le richieste e le informazioni. Manterrai il desk reception sempre impeccabile e organizzato. Ci darai una mano a creare un ambiente sereno, divertente e accogliente per tutti. Promuoverai i nostri servizi e attività con entusiasmo e passione. Organizzerai eventi e attività per i residenti, per rendere la loro esperienza da noi ancora più speciale. Qualifications Il tuo vero io è la tua vera personalità: siamo aperti a tutte le personalità e stili, l’importante è che tu sia te stesso/a Inglese fluente: per comunicare con i nostri ospiti internazionali (Se conosci qualche altra lingua ancora meglio) Disponibilità a lavorare occasionalmente nei weekend per garantire un servizio impeccabile anche nei giorni festivi. Capacità organizzative: per gestire prenotazioni, informazioni e documenti in modo efficiente. Proattività: per anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e proporre soluzioni creative. Ottime doti comunicative: per interagire con gli ospiti in modo efficace e persuasivo. Passione per il mondo dell'ospitalità: per rendere ogni soggiorno un'esperienza unica. Capacità di essere proattivi, con spiccate doti di problem solving e spirito d’iniziativa. Ottime capacità organizzative e abilità nel gestire regolarmente più attività contemporaneamente. Competenze di livello intermedio nell’utilizzo di MS Office e di sistemi/database online. Resilienza e adattabilità, unite a una forte consapevolezza della diversità culturale. Additional Perks Avere già lavorato nel settore ospitalità Conoscenza di altre lingue Salary EUR €21,000.00 per year Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato 5 turni su 7 giorni.
