OverviewJunior Consultant - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance at Prometeia, Turbigo, Lombardy, ITALY. The role is part of the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, serving financial intermediaries operating in the national territory with projects in strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of the operating contexts of client companies: historical performance, main trends of their operating sector, and evolution of their core businessSupport in the realization of economic‑financial and patrimonial projectionsSupport in identifying the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performanceSupport in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in extraordinary transactionsDrafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions as an independent third partyPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analyses on economic, financial and equity aspectsUse of software / data provider platforms to support the preparation of evaluation analysesStrategic opportunities: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plansM&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to asset/company evaluation and from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support to end dealsTransformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutionsEducation and ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Management Engineering, or related fieldsKnowledge of local banking and financial sector (distinctive evaluation element)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of another language is a plusSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesTeam player with a proactive and curious mindsetHigh level of integrity, commitment, and motivation to learnCompensation, Welfare & BenefitOur history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
