Role: Hemmersbach is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users. This role involves resolving issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and professionalism. Main responsabilities: Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices. Resolving hardware and basic software issues. Providing client-facing support with strong communication and professionalism. Preparing, installing, and configuring end-user devices. Performing service tasks within defined procedures. Supporting equipment disposal and decommissioning processes. Documenting work performed and updating ticketing systems. Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvements. Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of transformation into a permanent) Location: Milano (Romolo - fully onsite) Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician Working technical knowledge in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals.
