In this role, you will be the first point of contact for perspective and current students, ensuring that their experience with our school is smooth, informative, and enjoyable.Key Responsibilities:- Front Office Management: Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service in person, via email/CRM, and over the phone.- Admissions Process: Handle all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, including providing information on courses, fees, and visa requirements.- Student Support: Assist students with administrative needs, including course registration, payments, and accommodation arrangements.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student information, admissions data, and payments using our internal systems.- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for students from inquiry to course completion.- Problem Solving: Address and solve any issues or concerns students may have, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a front office, admissions, or customer service role.- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.- Experience in content creation (photography, videography, and writing).- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in English and Italian; another language skill is a plus- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.What We Offer:- A supportive and multicultural work environment in the heart of Milan.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Interaction with a diverse, international student body.
