We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented person to join our team as a Front Office and Admissions Officer . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for perspective and current students, ensuring that their experience with our school is smooth, informative, and enjoyable.
Front Office Management: Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service in person, via email/CRM, and over the phone.
Handle all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, including providing information on courses, fees, and visa requirements.
Assist students with administrative needs, including course registration, payments, and accommodation arrangements.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student information, admissions data, and payments using our internal systems.
Previous experience in a front office, admissions, or customer service role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Experience in content creation (photography, videography, and writing).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English and Italian; another language skill is a plus
