Services Project Manager

Lead project team (Design, Planning, Purchasing, Contract, On-site implementation, etc.) and ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance and financial performance. Manage Customer relationship and third parties within project scope. Accountable for project execution according to contract & specifications.What will you do?Lead the project LaunchProject hand over with tendering team, ensure Order Manager books project properly within ERP including invoicing planSchedule validation and preparation of project planning and clear milestones, set-up project organization/team and responsibilities definitionsRisks analysis and potential change order identificationOrganize Internal kick off meeting and customer kick off meetingLead the project team through task planningDefine the project workload plan, follow progress in line with scope of work and deliverables till completionAnimate the communication within the team (Order Manager, FSR manager, Planner, etc.)Manage project contract ensuring fulfillment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rightsSystematic review of deviations against specificationsEnsure operational project management successEnsure full safety for involved parties throughout project executionAct as customer first point of contact on project team interactions (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings) to ensure consistent executionUnderstand project contractual scope or additional requirements; generate change orders to improve GM; identify and alert on execution risks; escalate to Sales to manage claims & variation ordersEnsure project schedule is created/reviewed/updated and monitor to ensure timely completion; provide timely reporting and escalation to manage events/issuesCost management and accountability on project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting and re-forecasting; ensure timely revenue recognitionConduct Lessons Learned sessions with Sales and Tendering team to share feedback and drive continuous improvementAnticipate book-to-bill forecast estimation based on upcoming projectsWhat qualifications will make you successful?Engineering University DegreeMastering project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project)Timely project completion with safety compliance, statutory requirements and strong customer satisfactionExcellent customer intimacy and soft skills in negotiations and conflict resolutionAbility to anticipate deviations from plans and timelines, to manage and escalate issues at the right timeProject profitability/GM improvement versus as-soldMaster forecast of project sales & book-to-bill & GMWhat’s in it for me?Permanent ContractFlexibility at workExciting international environment with opportunities to lead and contribute to diverse projects with cross-region teamsSpecial training tailored to your needs and career goalsClear career paths with growth through experience and exposureEqual opportunities to reach your potential based on performanceGlobal Family Leave programMeal vouchers or canteen mealsShareholding plansWelfare programs that can extend to your familyHealth and professional/extraprofessional accident insuranceLet us learn about you Apply today.
