Vernay Italia is looking for a Quality Engineer. This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring quality principles, techniques and tools following the guidelines of the Quality Manager. Primary Responsibilities: Quality Control: Use the Statistical Process Control; Classification of defects (Prepare data collection for Non-conforming parts, Quality Catalogue - Quality standards); Inspection procedure implementation and analysis; Implement trend analysis in order to develop Corrective and Preventative actions; Communicate with Customers regarding quality in order to meet their requirements; Validate and supervise corrective actions implemented; Supervise communication with suppliers regarding specification / COS / quality; Work with the supply chain to solve in the shortest possible time conflicts between quality and supply; Perform quality systems audit to ensure the respect of procedures; Encourage quality system improvement; Cooperation with process engineer driving internal issue solution. Maintain quality docs updated basing on the customer specifications and quality standard (IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 17025).
