Cotril SpA, azienda italiana leader nel settore haircare professionale, continua il suo percorso di crescita ed espansione. A seguito della recente acquisizione di un brand del mercato professionale hairstylist, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Manager che, riportando direttamente alla Marketing Manager, avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo strategico e operativo del progetto. Principali attività: Il Product Manager è responsabile della definizione, dello sviluppo e della gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita dei prodotti. Lavora a stretto contatto con laboratori, marketing, vendite e supply chain per garantire che ogni prodotto risponda alle esigenze dei consumatori, sia conforme alle normative e rifletta l’identità del brand. Analizzare trend del settore beauty, benchmark della concorrenza e insight dei consumatori; Individuare opportunità per nuovi lanci, restyling o estensioni di gamma; Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto dal lancio alla fase di phase-out; Collaborare con laboratori R&D per la definizione di brief formulativi, texture, attivi e performance del prodotto; Supervisionare test di efficacia, stabilità e sicurezza, assicurando la conformità alle normative cosmetiche (Reg. 1223/2009); Definire naming, concept, claim e posizionamento del prodotto; Packaging: lavorare con team creativi e fornitori per la scelta di packaging primario e secondario, valutando estetica, funzionalità, sostenibilità e costi; coordinare la creazione di artwork, etichette e materiali regolatori; Collaborare con marketing e comunicazione per campagne, shooting, materiali POS e contenuti digitali; Fornire supporto al team commerciale con presentazioni, schede tecniche e training prodotto. Competenze e Qualifiche Richieste Laurea in Economia, Marketing o affini; Esperienza pregressa nel settore beauty/cosmetico (haircare, skincare, make-up o fragrance); Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo cosmetico e normative di settore; Forte sensibilità estetica e conoscenza delle tendenze beauty; Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e relazionali; Capacità di gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente.
