Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute trials on the Engraving Pilot Line Collaborate with the team in planning and managing trial activities Support trial execution, data collection, and analysis in coordination with the Pivot Lab, customers, and the technical sales team Perform and evaluate rolls using instrumental measurements for trial data, in collaboration with the Pivot Lab as required Provide timely technical support to resolve process and machinery issues during the testing phase Conduct process checks and implement quality control measures to enhance product quality and propose improvement initiatives Work closely with the technical department to address and optimize technical solutions To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have Technical School Diploma 5–8 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician within a manufacturing environment Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and skilled in MS Office 365 Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to achieving targets Excellent troubleshooting ability for complex technical issues Effective interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a proactive work attitude Dedicated to maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety procedures Strong work ethic Availability and willingness to travel is a plus Technical English proficiency is required We Offer Work in a global organization with international customers and colleagues, dynamic and modern work environment Be part of an organization committed to innovation and excellence Onboarding plan Huge learning catalog Internal canteen free of charge Flexible working hours Safety culture Leadership Principles Take accountability – Act with ownership, set clear expectations, and follow through Lead with courage – Champion change, try bold ideas, and learn quickly Build on trust – Listen to understand, be open, and create psychological safety Collaborate for growth – Work across boundaries, value diverse perspectives, and focus on customer value Additional Information Please send your application as soon as possible via the link provided, as we will start screening applications immediately, but no later than January 30, 2026.
