Denna position rapporterar till: EL Product Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing marketing strategies in line with global directives, tailoring product positioning and value propositions for local markets and segments. Driving go-to-market execution, including the preparation of technical and commercial offers, and ensuring achievement of budgeted volumes and profitability targets in assigned countries.
Supporting sales efforts by aligning on strategic opportunities, guiding sales channels, and ensuring effective execution through sales tools, materials, and coordination. Conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs, and maintaining strong communication with local Sales teams and customers to drive impactful marketing initiatives. Managing project pipelines and reportingQualifications for the roleYou have at least 2 years of experience in relevant fieldYou present a mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvementYou are able to work with product management methodologiesBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or MarketingYou are at ease communicating in Italian and EnglishYou are proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred. Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit will complete your profile.
