Overview Position: Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: Flexible Employment Type: Full-time | Fixed-term contract (1 year) Responsibilities Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related issues Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience Work towards individual and team performance targets Qualifications Native-level German (minimum C1) and fluency in English Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center) Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus Benefits Competitive salary package: approx. €21,800 gross/year Fixed weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) Performance and language bonuses Health and life insurance (includes family plan) Relocation bonus up to €2,500 for candidates moving from abroad, and €2,500 signing bonus Support with local registration and accommodation Initial training provided and opportunities for career development How To Apply If you're ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a positive customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
