As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a F&B Manager  to join our Food &Beverage Team. Role Description As F&B Manager , you will oversee and elevate all Food & Beverage operations across San Clemente Palace Venice. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Europe. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing daily F&B operations across multiple outlets and banqueting venues • Ensuring the highest service and quality standards aligned with the hotel’s brand values • Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menu concepts and dining experiences • Monitoring financial performance, cost control, and revenue targets to achieve departmental goals • Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to ensure a culture of excellence and teamwork • Coordinating closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences • Overseeing compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards • Managing supplier relationships and supporting local sourcing initiatives • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, guest-focused approach • Proven track record in managing large teams and multiple outlets simultaneously • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills • Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) • Passion for luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Additional Information • Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required) • Type of work: Full time  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods •  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy What We Offer • A prestigious leadership position in one of Europe’s most iconic luxury resorts • Opportunity to shape the Food & Beverage identity of a historic Venetian property • Competitive compensation • Accommodation, meals, uniform, and on-property benefits • A dynamic, multicultural, and inspiring work environment • Career growth and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector Apply Now Ready to lead the F&B operations of San Clemente Palace Venice?    Send your CV and cover letter to:  and quote the reference LINK - F&B Manager   in the subject line.
