Pramac , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Planning Specialist to join our team. The role, reporting directly to the Material Planning Manager, will be managing the material procurement according to the production plan requirements and expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue purchase orders through Oracle MRPEnsure that quantities and delivery dates are confirmed by suppliers after order submissionMaintain updated sourcing rules in consultation with the ManagerGuarantee material availability to meet production plan requirements and Oracle system expectationsCheck daily production shortages and participate in production meetings with all necessary answersEnsure timely arrival of materials on the line, using the fast-track file if neededExpedite materials and proactively seek alternative solutions in case of issues with quantities or delivery datesVerify discrepancies between invoice and order pricesProvide support in case of supplier non-conformitiesWeekly alignment of supplier order portfolio and system clean-upMaintain supplier master data - item information (empty planner, lead time, minimum lot size)Manage and update supplier price lists in OracleHandle subcontracting orders when requiredCollaborate and support production for all material supply requestsCoordinate with buyers for supplier meetingsSupport Logistics in organizing transportation to optimize costs, ensure punctual deliveries, and maintain inventory levelsIdentify opportunities for cost savings or improved delivery dates (TCO)Support the continuous improvement process by introducing Lean and Just-in-Time tools for supplier deliveries, such as Kanban, e-Kanban, and supermarket systemsManage the in-transit goods fileReport the expiration of framework agreementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or a related field.Previous experience in material planning or a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive industry (2-3 Years Mininum)Excellent knowledge of Excel.Proficiency in management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems: Oracle) and in MRP procurement processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem‑solving mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of the main product categoriesFluent English (Written and Spoken)What We OfferAn opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative team in a growing international organization.Career development and training opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.WorkplaceIf you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSupply Chain and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
