Learn more at Introduction We are looking for a Managing Director in Italy to take the business into the next phase of growth, leveraging all the assets that are now part of the Toluna group, following the successful acquisition of MetrixLab, and to continue building our successful, harmonized and unified team. This role involves leading the commercial business unit in Italy, to ensure that you and they can grow the local business. Responsibilities Build a high performing commercial team, who will develop and grow their portfolio of clients. Support them in building strategic account plans and growing the business with their accounts. Mentor, coach and develop all commercial team members, and execute bi-annual reviews for line reports. Manage the local markets pipeline and forecast, ensuring you are delivering growth and delivering on all commercial KPIs that you are set (primarily Bookings & Revenue). Coach all of your commercial team and support them in their development. Actively contribute to driving strategic initiatives within the country to drive business growth. Set the cultural tone and embed the right values within the team. Be active and visible on all large pitches and with the largest accounts. Ensure your team is providing a strong impact into your client’s businesses. Represent the company in external conferences and client partnering thought leadership events. Partner with the Research Director in the market to build a unified culture. Create a company culture that continues to encourage collaboration, trust and unity.
