Offer Description

• in vivo studies on "KC" mouse models fed fructose, with 13C isotope tracing and measurement of acetyl-CoA in the pancreas;
• histopathological assessment of tumor burden and grade; culture of pancreatic epithelial cells treated with fructose or acetate;
• nucleolar analysis (imaging, sucrose gradient purification, protein acetylation by mass spectrometry and western blot);
• polyribosome profiling to define the translatome;
• analysis of nucleolar morphology in human surgical specimens.
