Offer Description

• Maintenance, culture and establishment of mouse embryonic and extraembryonic stem cell lines;
• Generation of murine 3D embryo-like structures using mouse embryonic and extraembryonic stem cell lines;
• Characterization of murine 3D embryo-like structures by morphology, immunofluorescence and techniques for the analysis of gene expression;
• Development of quantitative, automated approaches for segmentation and morphometric analysis of mouse embryo-like structures.
