We offer solutions and services related to personal safety, building security and automation, and climate management of environments.Your Challenge As a Project & Service Agreement Manager your mission will be to be responsible for the active management of the orders, ensuring that they are carried out on time, on budget, and follow functional/contractual/customer specifications in accordance with external laws and regulations (e.g. construction site safety, environmental protection) and internal regulations (e.g. signing authorizations).Some of the main activities will be:Take care of the administrative management of the contract in terms of customer satisfaction as well as for management of penalties/claims and for obtaining contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the contract.Perform and manage project risk analysis.Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs.Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order.Coordinate planning and resource allocation by monitoring work progress.Organize project meetings and be responsible for communication to the customer and all stakeholders.Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority.Align with project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, export control, EHS).To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have Proven experience as Project Manager/Service Agreement ManagerKnowledge of Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV and IntrusionKnowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systemsDiploma/Degree or specialization in technical fieldsStrong orientation towards the achievement of assigned/prefixed objectives and customer satisfaction, spirit of initiative and autonomyExperience in Pharma VM and GMP (Good manufacturing practice) standards is a plusExcellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skillsPlanning and organizational skills (plan, assign and control activities; ability to set priorities)Ability to work in a team with all internal company functions, external suppliers, construction management and designersProficiency in Italian and EnglishAvailable for short business tripsEligibility to work in ItalyWhat We Offer Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
