He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.He/She will Report to the Front Desk Manager.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standardsManage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a fast and efficient experienceTrain, motivate, and support the reception team, providing feedback and fostering a positive work environmentHandle reservations, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and promptnessEnsure excellent communication between the front office and other departmentsManage financial transactions and cash handling with accuracyKeep up-to-date knowledge of company services and local attractionsContribute to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targetsRequirements:Proven experience of at least 2 years in a front desk supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team membersStrong leadership and staff motivation abilitiesCustomer service-oriented and keen attention to detailEffective problem-solving skillsFluent in Italian and English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus)Proficiency in using hotel management systems (PMS)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Benefits:We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
