Join to apply for the TECH OPS Senior Packaging Engineer role at KenvueRoleTechnical Operations Senior Packaging Engineer reporting to Technical Operations Packaging Management, based at Pomezia Manufacturing Plant.LocationPomezia (IT) and Mandra (GR); Fully Onsite; Travel % 25.What You Will DoThe TECH OPS Packaging Senior Engineer is responsible for development and qualification of tertiary packaging projects and Life Cycle Management on primary and secondary packaging. They lead activities at Pomezia and Mandra sites, supporting other EMEA sites if needed.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate technical solutions, including materials aligned to sustainability guidelines.Define & execute the packaging development plan.Analyze and validate packaging technical drawings.Define and communicate packaging milestones.Evaluate and communicate risks with associated mitigation/back up plan.Initiate safety assessment process.Generate packaging documentation for product release for own projects or validate documentation for projects managed by another team member.Be part of transversal team on simplification/innovation projects.Create packaging component specifications and validate PC specs and finish product specs.Lead external suppliers in technical assessment and validation process of improvement projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).Experience in R&D or Engineering Packaging.Advanced level in English language.Understanding of manufacturing site operating models and GMP knowledge.Desired QualificationsStrong project management skills.Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility in problem solving and ability to work in a team.Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.BenefitsCompetitive Total Rewards Package.Learning & Development Opportunities.Kenvuer Impact Networks.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
