We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science, and solve with courage.Role Reports ToTechnical Operations Senior DirectorLocationPomezia, Italy, Lazio, Rome (Fully Onsite)Travel %20%What You Will DoThe TECH OPS Packaging Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Packaging Team to support the development and qualification of tertiary packaging projects, as well as lifecycle management of primary and secondary packaging.Ensure compliance with packaging process rules, standards and procedures.Coordinate and supervise packaging projects and initiatives.Participate in Regional Forums and assess resources needed for projects.Perform due diligence/gap assessment, evaluate and communicate risks with mitigation plans.Flag ambiguous or incomplete information to the project team and elevate as necessary.Lead transversal team on simplification projects.Define and communicate packaging milestones to stakeholders.Develop and monitor metrics for team performance.Ensure correct creation, application and updating of SOPs in line with compliance and GMP regulations.Generate packaging documentation for product release and validate documents for projects managed by reports or other team members.Create packaging component specifications and validate PC specs and finished product specs.Manage resource development, including performance management cycle.Maintain a high technical knowledge level of the team through effective training plans.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).Desired Qualifications8–10 years in R&D or Engineering Packaging.Strong skills in people and project management.Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility in problem solving; ability to work in a team.Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Advanced level of English language.What’s In It For YouCompetitive total rewards package (salary, bonus, benefits, etc.).Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.EEO StatementKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
